|
- Payment mode of subleased land use right’s charge shall be detailed in the official land use sublease.
- Infrastructure management and maintenance costs: Between usd0.2 – usd0.3 per year (according to the Government’s regulation) submitted to the Chief Investor of Luong Son Industrial Park.
- Annual unused land rent price is specified by the People's Committee` of Hoa Binh Province.
Unused land rent tax is 100% exempted during a 11 years’ period since the signing date of land sublease.
- Annual unused land rent price after the exemption period will be USD0.08/m2/year.
- For the annual rent, subinvestors may pay to An Thinh - Hoa Binh Construction and Investment Co., Ltd., or pay directly to the Finance Department of Hoa Binh Province.
- To conform with the detailed plan of Luong Son Industrial Park, sublessees will have land areas not less than 10,000m2.
- The above unit price is not applied to plots of land with exceptionally favourable location.
- This Tariff of subleased land use right comes into effect as from July 1, 2007.
