- Luong Son IP has a very advantage geography location in economic and social relation_ Locating in Luong Son town, Hoa Binh province, on National highway No 6, near to Lang – Hoa Lac, convinient transportation toward Ha Noi, Ha Tay, northern main point cities , 40 km away from Ha Noi.

- Total first stage land scale is 71.2 hectares.

- With the convinient location, Luong Son IP has perfect condition for the industrial development in such fields as building materials, agriculture and forestry products, customer goods, electric and electrical assembling, mechanics, export goods, light industry, garment and textile, shoes, etc...

  
 
Geography  
 

Hoa Binh Province is on the gateway of the Northern West of the country, 80km far away from Hanoi along Highway No6. It is about 36km from the centre of Hanoi city to Luong Son Industrial Park, 40km along Lang - Hoa Lac Road. Hoa Binh is in Hanoi - Hoa Binh – Ha Tay developed economic area, and under the significant effect of the local industrial development. At present, Hoa Binh has been planned into the area of Hanoi Capital. With the approval by the Government through Decree No.567/TTg-CN and Decision No.2167/QD-UB by the People’s Committee of Hoa Binh Province pertaining the approval of the report of feasible study on building investment of Luong Son Industrial Park, the People’s Committee of Hoa Binh Province issues the Investment Certificate No. 25121 000 018 to An Thinh Hoa Binh Construction and Investment Co., Ltd. The project of Luong Son Industrial Park is under An Thinh Hoa Binh Construction and Investment Co., Ltd, as the Chief Investor the AnThinh Hoa Binh builds and trades of technical infrastructure in the area of 71.2 ha pursuant the Decision No 1252/QD-UB. As planned, it will be expanded with nearly 300ha more in 2008 to attract both domestic and foreign investors, contributing to the strategy plan on industrial and economic development of Hoa Binh Province.

Luong Son Town

Luong Son Town is the gateway in the East of Hoa Binh Province for integrating into Hanoi Capital, provinces of the Northern Vietnam Delta and the whole country,it  is the linking point between Hanoi Capital and the Northern West of the country. Luong Son Town is the second biggest urban area in Hoa Binh Province (only after Hoa Binh City), with the present population of about 12,000 people, and forcasting in the future is up to 20,000 - 25,000 people. The town gather with all the best factors for industrial and economic development of the Province.The Hoa Binh Province has the scheming advocacy for the development of Luong Son Town into Luong Son Township. The project has been studied and deployed in detail, the planned area for expansion is more 200 ha in  2008.

Document No 567/TTg-CN dated 10/05/2005 by Hoa Binh Province  advocating policy of establishing industrial zone in Hoa Binh.

Copy No 1320/BXD-KTQH dated 06/07/2006 by Construction Ministry about the agreement in detailed project of Luong Son Industrial Park.

Decision No 1252/QD-UB dated 08/07/2005 by Hoa Binh People Committee about the assignment of the post of construction and trade investor of Luong Son Industrial Park’s infrastructure to Hoa Binh An Thinh Investment and Construction Ltd. Company.

Decision No 1815/QD-UB dated 20/09/2005 by Hoa Binh People Committee about renting the land to Hoa Binh An Thinh Investment and Construction Ltd. Company constructing and trading Luong Son IP infrastructure.

Decision No 647/QD-UB dated 25/04/2005 by Hoa Binh People Committee about ratifying technical design, budget estimates project of building main road toward Luong Son IP.

Document No 1042/TB-DHB-KH&DT dated 09/11/2006 by Hoa Binh Electricity about supplying electricity for Luong Son IP.

Document No 1220/CTN-DT dated 09/11/2005 by WASENCO Company about unifying the policy supplying and eliminating water for Luong Son IP.

Document No 397/STNMT-TNN dated 19/07/2006 by Environment and Resource Office about argreement of setting position for Luong Son IP  let out waste water after treatment.
